Positive Affirmations

Hello families,

 

This term, our THRIVE focus is on Positive Affirmations—a powerful tool to help children build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth. Positive affirmations are encouraging phrases that children can say to themselves to promote a positive mindset and emotional well-being. By incorporating affirmations into daily routines, we aim to help children recognise their strengths, believe in their abilities, and develop a more optimistic outlook on life. Throughout the term, we’ll be exploring different ways to use positive affirmations in school and encouraging students to create their own. We invite parents to join us in reinforcing these messages at home to support your child’s emotional growth and confidence.
