Our vision is based on what is best for our children and children are at the heart of everything we do.

Our vision is driven by a shared moral purpose to create a culture that provides the best education and life chances for all with no limitations on achievement and the highest aspirations for all.

We work in a reflective learning culture with permission to take risks and learn by our mistakes. We offer equality of access to an evolving, wide and rich curriculum that meets the needs of every learner and reflects the cultural diversities in our community. Our curriculum will motivate and engage our children attend school every day and enjoy learning for life.

We want Roman Way Primary to be a place where everyone wants to be. A place of equality, acceptance and love. A place with no barriers and where anything is possible. A place where children want to be every day.

At the end of the Roman Way journey our children will be equipped with the skills to keep safe, the confidence to try new experiences and the strength to challenge injustices around them. Our children will want to contribute positively to the local community and global issues.
