On Line Payments

You can make payments to Roman Way Primary School on line, via our Internet Payments system.  In order to create your payment account please contact the school reception for a Internet Payment Access letter which will outline your child's individual pupil link code and the steps to follow in order to set up online payments.  For convenience and ease, the steps to follow are also outlined below:


  • Visit
  • Click on Register as New User
  • Enter your email address and password of your choice - confirm the password
  • Enter the Online Link Code provided in your Internet Payment Access letter (exactly as it is on your letter)
  • Enter your billing details to match your credit or debit card and click Confirm
  • You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address and activate your account by clicking on the link.  It is important you complete this stage otherwise you will be unable to use the service


If your child has any siblings, link the sibling accounts as follows (you will need a separate Online Link Code for each sibling):


  • Visit
  • Log in using your email and password created above
  • Click on Your Account at the top of the screen
  • Click on Link Accounts
  • Ender the Online Link Code for the sibling provided by the school
  • Click on Link Accounts
  • You will now be able to make any payments for any pupils linked to this account
