We know how important it is to look after our Mental Health as well as our Physical Health and this can be really hard when we lose a routine like coming to school!
As much as you can, try and wake up at the same time every day, and go to bed at the same time too. Also, find time to relax and exercise in your day and doing this should help keep you on the right track. Remember: it ISN'T going to be like this forever! Roman Way will still be there when this is all over.
A meditation app called 'Headspace' is offering its services for free during COVID-19 which may help you process the change in routine. There's a section just for kids with shorter sessions for you to have a listen to.
