Please be aware that there has been a change to the White Rose daily lesson website. There are still FREE daily lessons, however, now a subscription is needed to access the worksheet. As a result there is a link to the daily lesson and FREE worksheets provided each day in the links below. I have also included a link to the BBC daily lessons if any extra support is required. You do not need to subscribe to anything please use the free links below.

Summer Maths

The wonderful company White Rose Math have produced daily math lessons for children of all ages.

They have uploaded a math video which started with a flashback task from the previous lesson, it then moves onto the days learning. The video will show examples of the learning and talk it through.

It will then ask you to pause the video and complete a few of the questions on the work sheet (This can be downloaded from the same link below and will be under that days video) before moving on to the next bit of learning. Once you have completed the video and the work sheet you can check your answers by downloading the answer sheet.

As with all our content on our class page these are resources for you to use as you see fit, you do not need to follow the lessons rigidly and complete everything.

Week 1- W/C 20th April

Fractions

Week 2- W/C 27th April

Fractions

-Adding like fractions

-Subtracting like fractions 

-Problem Solving

Week 3- W/C 4th May

Money

This week's lessons cover the following objectives and areas within money:

- Converting Pounds and Pence

- Adding Money

- Subtracting Money 

- Revisit of multiplying and dividing by 3

 I have attached some extra resources below that can be used to challenge and help you with the maths this week.

Week 4- W/C 11th May

Multiplying and Dividing

As a result of White Rose's subscription change you can still watch their lesson videos for free and can then use the activity resources below.

This week's lessons cover:

- Multiplying and dividing by 4 and 8 

- Multiply two digit numbers by one digit numbers

- Divide two digit numbers by one digit numbers

- Multiplication and Division problem solving

Week 5- W/C 18th May

Fractions

Again, please remember that White Rose videos for your children remain free to view but that access to the worksheets now requires a subscription to access them from home. I will re-post the link to BBC Bitesize maths which remains free for ALL RESOURCES from home and cover the same topics. 

Please do make use of any extra resources that I have added below for this week as you need, there is no expectation for you to enforce this learning at home. They are here for you to consult, dip in to and use as you both need and want.
