Character Description
For the next few weeks in English, Year 1 will be learning how to write a character description.
Their task for today is to read the character description attached below and then guess what it is describing. They need to highlight/underline the information which helps them to decide in the text as they read it. Once they have done that, they need to draw a picture of the character using the descriptions they found.

Your child should be able to read the character description by themselves, but please feel free to help them if they need it. Could you also let me know whether they manage to read it independently when you add their work to Tapestry please
