What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.​
It may cause physical symptoms such as sweating, restlessness, or dizziness.​
This is a normal and natural reaction to stress, which can affect our thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.​
