You can create yourself a training circuit to do in the garden - time yourself for 5 minutes for each activity and write down the score - try and beat your score tomorrow!

 

Activities you could include -

1) skipping with a rope

2) jumping jacks

3) running between to marked positions 

4) football slalom with cones (or something like cones! - cans for example!)

5) burpees
