Summer 2

We are currently working on our last topic of the school year, 'Animals'. We have already enjoyed reading the story 'Dear Zoo', we used actions to act out the story, wrote animals descriptions and wrote a letter to a friend suggesting a new pet. In the next few weeks, we will be learning about animals from different places and later in the term, Pets at Home will be visiting us and bring some animals into school for us to meet.

We will also be spending some time getting ready to move up to year 1!

Last half term, Reception went on a brilliant trip to Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. We had a great day in the gardens and were able to take part in lots of different activities. Please click on the link below to see the photos from the day.
